The Corkscrew Challenge and the Billy Bumstead are the original 12th State Cycling Team bootleggers. Details are announced days before the start of each event with new rules each year! Every year, 100% of donations from the challenges go towards a local charity to do some good locally.
This year, TLC is proud to be the recipient of donations from the 12th State Bootleggers’ The Corkscrew Challenge and the Billy Bumstead. Fight some winter blues, party on 0.6 miles of Umstead park in February and help raise money to protect local land!
