Join TLC to discover what may be hidden in plain sight along the trails at Johnston Mill Nature Preserve. We will look for signs and clues to what lies beneath our feet and above our heads, hidden habitats, old roads, secrets of trees and insects, and clues to the history of the land. This is a moderate 2.5 mile hike over varied terrain so please wear comfortable walking shoes. Hiking poles, binoculars and all levels of knowledge are welcome as we learn and explore together. This is a free event, but preregistration is required.

At our Williamson and Brumley South Nature Preserves, due to the multi-use trail systems, we close the trails to the public if there has been rain to try and prevent erosion and detrimental impact. Please note that this event falls under this category and will be cancelled if the trails are closed.
