Come join us on one of our beautiful First Saturday Hikes!
Beat the August heat and get outside for a morning hike on our newest trail system at Brumley South! Several of our TLC Trail Leaders will guide the way through this moderate, 4 mile hike. The first half will be spent hiking through the oak dominated hardwood forest transitioning to wetter beech dominated forest all the way to the southern pond on the property. We will then take a break as a group at the picnic tables to enjoy the scenery before hiking back. Please feel free to bring snacks and plenty of hydration!

Current Mask Policy: TLC seeks to build a supportive, mask-friendly environment in all collaborations with staff and the public. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, or if that makes you feel most comfortable. We will have masks available if you would like to wear one during an event. We also encourage those eligible to be vaccinated to get their Covid-19 vaccine and booster shot. If you are experiencing any Covid-related symptoms, please stay home and attend a program another day. Our top priority is to create a safe environment for our community.
