t’s finally time! Spend Earth Day helping TLC to celebrate our 7th public nature preserve, Brumley Nature Preserve.
The Brumley Nature Preserve was designed as a model for sustainable land management practices. The trails on the land were built with the help of hundreds of volunteers to complement the contours of the land, reduce run off, and connect people with the best natural elements this property has to offer. Over 12 miles of trail will soon be open for use by the public. The preserve will offer a mix of hiking only and mixed-use (mountain biking and hiking) trails. We are thrilled to be able to offer this wonderful resource to the community beginning with a grand opening celebration on April 22nd, 2017.
Join us for a day of guided hikes, mountain biking tutorials, nature activities for kids and adults, artistic demonstrations, food trucks, local beer and more! No need to register just gather your family and friends and join us at Brumley Forest.
