Sandra Rodriguez

Associate Director of Philanthropy

What is my role at TLC? In my role as Associate Director of Philanthropy, I work with the team to lead fundraising and support day-to-day operations. I focus on building strong systems and providing the tools our staff needs to raise funds more effectively. A big part of my work is making sure the team feels supported and set up for success. I also connect with TLC’s current donors and welcome new ones, helping grow a community that’s inspired by our mission.

Favorite TLC preserve? Before joining TLC, my family and I were big fans of TLC preserves, and we have visited many of them. My favorite is Johnston Mill. I love walking by the river, the meadows, and the open forest. It’s close to my house so it works great for a morning walk.
