Stop by our Williamson Farm and Nature Preserve to meet staff and volunteers from TLC and the traveling team from Leave No Trace! Learn how practicing Leave No Trace principles can help keep our nature preserves and their surroundings safe and sustainable. Whether you are new to Leave No Trace or consider yourself an expert, join us for this interactive game night to gauge your knowledge of Leave No Trace practices and principles while learning tips and techniques for protecting Williamson Nature Preserve and all your favorite outdoor spaces. Don’t miss this chance to participate in fun stewardship trivia and win some cool prizes!

With their generous donation, we will have both a selection of beer and non-alcoholic drinks (one free alcoholic drink ticket per person that is over the age of 21) as well as pizza from a local pizzeria for all to eat. Current Mask Policy: TLC seeks to build a supportive, mask-friendly environment in all collaborations with staff and the public. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, or if that makes you feel most comfortable. We will have masks available if you would like to wear one during an event. We also encourage those eligible to be vaccinated to get their Covid-19 vaccine and booster shot. If you are experiencing any Covid-related symptoms, please stay home and attend a program another day. Our top priority is to create a safe environment for our community. What are the Leave No Trace Spotlights?
The new Spotlight program from LNT is a multi-day event to bring attention to community conservation, to spread education, and to build momentum and inspire involvement for the future. Thanks to a community support grant from Airbnb, the Spotlights program is the newest education offering from Leave No Trace. We are so excited that TLC’s Williamson Nature Preserve has been selected to be one of its host sites. The goal of the program is to address the challenges outdoor areas are facing by tapping into the communities that are rising to meet those challenges.
