Forest restoration is in full swing at Brumley Nature Preserve. On January 13th come out to help us plant hardwood saplings that will get established during the winter months and be ready to flourish come spring! Trail Crew will gather at the equipment shed at 9 AM then set out to plant native saplings in restoration areas.
Volunteers should be at least 6 years of age and capable of walking at least a mile and performing tasks in line with yard work. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
